  • Only Awaiting Delivery/Collection orders reserve items in Waiting collection. Returning an order to Accepted, Preparing or Ready immediately makes its items available in main inventory.
  • Collected and closed orders still deduct fulfilled items once. Inventory, shortage checks and restock alerts share the same reservation rule.

  • Added a PNG download button directly to the current available menu or price-list preview. It saves the displayed image and becomes available once the preview finishes loading.

  • Grouped sections into separate Admin, Manager, Supervisor and Staff menus. Links follow each account’s server permissions, including custom permission settings.

  • Added mine overview, order shortage checker, supplier price history, weekly Falkreath settlement, purchase order duplication and record recovery for managers and admins.
  • Hold handovers track the 60% share, deduct recorded ore and provide printable receipts. Corrections retain their history.
  • Recovery reviews preserve an audit trail and check current stock, payments and edits before applying changes.
  • Purchase and production shortcuts prepare editable drafts. Managers can use saved production recipes while recipe editing stays with admins.

  • Admins can amend or delete purchase orders with a required reason. Original and revised details are retained in the audit trail.
  • Deleted purchase orders can be reviewed with Show deleted purchase orders.
  • Selecting a purchased item fills its saved buying price, which remains editable for that purchase.

  • Admins can reset the amount paid to zero on customer orders and purchase orders, with a required reason.
  • Cash and currency balances update with the correction. Original payment details are retained in audit history.

Earlier work

The original mine and forge site includes customer orders, an inventory tracker, ore and smith output, purchasing, staff payments and a cash ledger. Those features predate this changelog.
